1. Position: Field Investigator
Location: Bennett University, Greater Noida / Field work in Delhi NCR
Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months based on performance)
Remuneration: ₹20,000 per month (without HRA as per ICSSR regulation)
Areas of Work
Conduct field surveys
Analyse data
Visit diverse field sites and engage with varied communities
Prepare and submit detailed field reports contributing to research outcomes
Eligibility
Education: Postgraduate in a Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55%
Experience: Previous fieldwork or data collection experience preferred
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Basic data entry knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Eagerness to travel for fieldwork
Familiarity with research tools like SPSS or NVivo is an added advantage

2. Position: Research Assistant
Location: Bennett University, Greater Noida / Field work in Delhi NCR / Hybrid
Duration: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months)
Remuneration: ₹37,000 per month (without HRA as per ICSSR regulation)
Areas of Work
Data collection and participation in field work
Developing data collection tools and research design
Writing research reports
Organising research-related field events
Coordinating with research teams
Any other project-related tasks
Eligibility
Education: PhD/MPhil/Postgraduate in Media, Mass Communication or Social Science with a minimum of 55%
Experience: Experience as a Research Assistant or previous involvement in research projects preferred
Skills Required
Proficiency in research methodologies and design
Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
Knowledge of research software/tools (NVivo, SPSS, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
